Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment confirms your booking and allows work to begin.

Refunds:

• Refunds are not available once work has commenced on your resume, cover letter, or coaching session preparation.

• If no work has started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rebooked without an additional fee.

No-Show Appointments:

• Missed sessions are considered used and are non-refundable.

The Resume Lab will always act fairly and may apply discretion in exceptional circumstances.
