By booking a service with The Resume Lab, you agree to provide accurate information needed for resume preparation, coaching or feedback. We will deliver services within the agreed timeframe and communicate if delays occur.

All documents, feedback and guidance provided are based on the information supplied by you. Final decisions regarding job applications, submissions and interviews remain your responsibility.

Completed work is supplied in digital format only. You are responsible for checking all details (including spelling, dates and job history) before submitting documents to employers.

The Resume Lab reserves the right to decline services if behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or misleading
