I am the Head of Sales & Marketing for a Project Management firm, and over the course of my career I’ve reviewed countless resumes, run interviews, and hired staff across many stages of their careers — from entry-level and early-career roles through to experienced professionals.

I’ve seen first-hand how competitive the process can be, and how easily good candidates can be overlooked if their resume isn’t clear or their interview confidence is shaken.

Earlier in my career, I remember how overwhelming it felt to apply for roles and attend interviews—especially when you weren’t sure how to highlight your skills and present yourself in a way that truly stands out.
